Hello All!

All my updates is now in the AIR, I guess those are working, here is my changes:

* If FORKING (not default) is defined, Wesleys forking trick is beeing used,
  which actually didn't work. So at the time only one telnet session pr. port  
  :/ 

* ip communication is beeing speeded up, so it runs so good as it can.. The
  problem is the "Please respond: " thing is beeing disabled.
Only temporary,   because it did make problems.

* modem communication should work, not _well_ tested yet, but it looks like it
  works. You can not run both telnet and modem yet, gotta make some code, 
  which abitarian can open a comm module and use it. (Like the module support
  in Squish).

  two more functions added to the comm module, RAISE_DTR() and LOWER_DTR(),
  just to gain comb. Can be removed then the dynamic stuff is made.

* QWK is fixed a bit not mutch, I might work, but there is still some problem
  with the filecase, which we have to clean up.

* More? (I can't remember more I did do).

Gotta follow up at those problems, but I'm kinda busy at the time..
