Hi Charles:

Found this post from Maurice and he should know.
I recently had to replace mine.
Often you can get good prices for these batteries at auto supply shops...
e.g. "Trailer/RV batteries".

This is for the V2 RAMLink. It's 9VDC at 1amp. It uses a 2.5mm
plug with positive on the center terminal.

6V sealed lead-acid type, preferably 6-7 amp or higher. 4 amp
is OK but won't hold up as long during a longer power outage.
The charging circuit is very slow and takes a couple of days
to bring a low battery up to a full charge. Always leave the
RAMLink powered by its power supply so the battery is always
at a full charge. A fully charged battery will gradually charge
up and show about 6.6 volts while powered up.
