Under 64-bit windows I used info-zip 32 bit for zip, version do not
remember as mainly work in linux. If you care fetch last fidoip from
sourceforge and exctract windows version fidoip_win_1.0.5_2.zip and get
binaries from usr/bin and config from usr/fidoconf
