actually, once you upload it, it is immediately publically available unless
you do the "sysop's eyes only" thingy...

it'll take google and the rest of the spiders a short time to find it and
it'll appear on the webpage after midnight when the files areas webpages
are updated... but one doesn't need to "click" if one knows the
full url ;)
