Fellow Federationists and friends,
For the benefit of those who aren't aware of it, but the greater san
antonio Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of Texas now has a
site on the World Wide Web. The url is:
http://www.txdirect.net/users/sdyer/nfb/
We currently have several areas for browsing. These include a listing of
Braille producers, an on-line resume service, a Blind Links page which
lists many links to many agenciews and organizations providing services to
the blind, and information about the National Federation of the Blind as
well as information on our up-comming National Convention in New Orleans.
And we can't forget our section on Newsline Texas which is now up and
running in San antonio. In the coming months we plan to enhance the
information contained in these areas as well as adding some new areas for
browsing.
So point your browser our way, and check out our site.
Finally, if you would like tolist your Brailling service, or would like
tohave your resume posted on the web just send an ascii, Ms Word 6.0 or an
html file of your resume to Peter donahue and we'll be glad to post it
free of charge. The E-mail address is: pdonahue@texas.net
Thank you for visiting us on-line and y'all come bak here!
Yours trulyk,
Peter donahue
