 Unfortunately, in order for _me_ to have _my_ personal choice that _you_ NOT
 have _your_ personal choice and be allowed to drive an automobile without
 proper licensing, paying a share of road maintenance, etc. requires _more_
 government controls in the form of licensing, gas tax, etc.
 
 To simply allow people to do whatever they darn well feel like, is called:
 anarchy.
 Anarchism: The theory that all organized government is repressive and
 undesirable.
