Hello All!

As we have makenl is there too a file named plmaker, a pointlist maker like
makenl but for point nodelist.
This program is only in dos and windows format.
I thinking if we could get program codes for it and then it cold make into
a linux format too.

plmaker in dos and windows using work by Boss format command,
Boss,xx.xxx/xxx
,1,point lines nodelist info here.
