Hmm I don't have a name for it, any sense of scale here? If those white
dots are Windows, say 2 meters high, then its a fairly large vessel, I
would class as a battlecruiser.

I would have called it klingon it actually more closely resembles a large
klingon cruiser, but the curves suggest romulan to me. (just my opinion)
The 4 nacelles are for Redundancy during battle. The external Gun Turrets
are a bit out of place with Star Trek, so I can see the Star wars influence
there, but I suppose a plausible explanation can be made (have no idea what
yet)

That's all I have come up with so far.

As for what it is doing? I would say its on an attack run. Coming in for a
strafing run across the target and twisting as it goes by to make targeting
harder and rolling to allow all gun batteries a chance to fire.
