Thank you! From what I've played around with...accepted the AREAS.BBS from
FastEcho without cutting off the titles at 8.3 like Telegard 3.09 was doing.

Am hoping to have time enough to play around with it & set it up. 2 days off
this week & 4 for next...got my fingers crossed.
