Shouldn't be a problem... file systems are not an issue across a network.

Sure thank you for the input, Alan.  I've got a dedicated machine
for backing up & file serving, and I wasn't sure if there would be
a problem transferring between the NTFS & FAT file systems over
a LAN network.  Glad to hear from you that it shouldn't be a problem.

I do this all the time, between my NT Server and my '95 and WFWG 
workstations. :)

I am using it with NT4 workstation so it should work with server. I load it
when a door is run and then unload it, I only use it for a few doors that
require a fossil.
