Hey John,
I had the same problem as everyone else had someone told me to download
a os/2 dialer called INJOY I did and now the problem is solved as long as
I use  Injoy.  Neither the dialer that came with os2 version 4 or Ilink99
will work untill worldnet fixes the problem on there end
