One thing that I would highly suggest is getting on it right away.  They
give you 60-90 days (you should have the date on the letter they sent
you) in order to meet their request.  If you don't have it to them by
then you will have to start the process all over again along with a new
filing fee.  It is a long process.  It took me a full year to get our
nonprofit status and it all boiled down to wording things THEIR way.
