It doesn't have to be B/W or any QWK reader. He has lost a QWK packet probably whilst down loading with Zmodem and wants to recover it. Anyway we had a small inquest in our local echo regarding the resetting of the *. PTR and it was unanimously agreed i had a memory error. One poster opined that it might be easier to set back the dates on each echo rather than the pointers. I gave up on the whole thing and suggested he log in HTML via DOCS web site and pick it up from there. Zmodem is not the best protocol for downloading files anyway.
