I set up MAX under WIN32 with one of my network sysops.  It really took a
lot of work to get it all just right.  But there have never been any
problems with com/ip since.

As well for TELNET purporse outside of the Bink/Max experience he's using
ZOC for Windows and very happy with the combination.
