Concerning _Olympic stuff_, Matthew Sadler said to Blake Bowers in SCANRADIO:

Since reading this message back in early August, I added that frequency to my
usual scan routine. I could be as wrong about this as I have been about
other things here lately... :-)
Based on some of the names and locations I recognized being used today, I'm
pretty sure it's used by those grey community service vans that shuttle
elderly people around Cleveland to doctor's appointments and whatnot. SETHRA
or something like that.
Other than that, it's somebody who calls himself "Road Runner" asking if
anybody can read him, which makes me really wish that I had transmit
capability. :-)
