  Both the Graham Utilities for OS/2 and Gammatech Utilities for OS/2
  include such tools, I believe.
  Incidentally, you don't need to reboot if you receive a SYS3175 message
  from a Virtual DOS Machine.  Simply clicking on [OK] is sufficient.  (-:
