Maybe he said the documention would be updated to clarify.  Seems the extra
two paragraphs of explicit warning slipped in between MAX201B.NEW and
MAX202.PRN.  I'm guessing that there's probably a good reason he
didn't update that code between '94 and '99 and probably another good
reason that the privelege levels are assigned in MAX.CTL as well as the
menu definition.
