Ignoring the address for a moment, it's trivial to look at the headers of a
saved email to obtain the IP address of your mail server. How the mail
would get to your mail server is questionable (spammers cache the IP for
weeks so there would no doubt be spam) but finding the IP address would be
pretty easy.
