It isn't easy to spot.  After you have logged on. You are 
presented with the main menu.

Select:-

[Y] Your System Settings

You are then presented with a menue headed:-

Present settings for : ART TAIT

At the very bottom of that menu you will see.

[O]ffline mail settings

Select O which is the letter o.

You are then presented with a menu headed:-

Offline mail settings for   : ART TAIT

At the very bottom of that menu you will see.

[U]pload DOCS.PTR file

Select U

So from the main menu the key sequence is.
