Poverty is not caused by a lack of child support. WOMEN HAVE A DUTY TO
SUPPORT THEIR CHILDREN.  Poverty in single parent household are caused
by three things: 1. Single Motherhood 2. Lack of education and/or
ability to earn.  3. Single mothers choosing not to work.
