I suppose a bbs on your node might permit others to come in as users, at
least.... ;)  But getting the access for yourself is probably a
reasonable first priority...   ;)

At one point, I was helping (as a user whose sysop was trying it out) to
beta-test an earlier version of Mystic.... we couldn't get offline
messaging to work, which is what I'd want/need...  dunno if that's been
totally solved yet....  That sysop was using Synchronet as his primary
bbs, and had a door into his old Telegard system....

Lots of options out there, but no guarantee that any one will be exactly
what any particular person is looking for... :)  Sometimes one gets
lucky...
