I've got the sql92 drivers for the progress database, but when you try to
use a dropdown box that shows all the values in an index so you can pick
one, it's dog slow with progress and lightening fast with sqlserver. Also
compacting the database is a hell of a lot easier on sql server (most
maintenance tasks are automated or really easy to automate) while on unix I
still have to do a dump and load to compact the stupid db.
