Either way, I think it's just another "fidoweb" instance, where someone doesn't have their dupe checker working properly. The two PATH lines I saw had two different routes to Scott Little's system. Which, if I remember right, he's using HPT, which now has better dupe checking. Maybe he didn't upgrade?
