I am sure someone has cautioned you that rubbarb greens are poisonous
and should not be eaten. Now beet greens are a good source of vit. C
and iron (my mother kept telling me as I almost choked getting them
down 8-)
I have never eaten nasturshums leaves. What recommends their consumption
John?
Ciao, Ack.
