        In my book, a 1000 miles is not the same place, nor even near
   it. The St-Lawrence is >3000 miles long. A drive to the 1K islands
   to my place would take the best part of a day's driving. I would say
   that we are not talking about the same places. That crater is in the
   middle of Quebec, a province a little bit larger than Texas (?) and
   the 1k Islands are not even in Quebec.
