From: "Frank Haber" And to add to what the others have said, you may be dead. I'm assuming the document in question is in a bookface and pretty standard looking (novel-ish, or whitepaper-ish. If not, may God have mercy, etc. The following may make you deader: o Any change of face or font size, or weight. o Any indented or centered sections. o Full-justified as opposed to rag-right. o Changes in the hyphenation dictionary (US vs. blighty, etc.). o Any kerning applied (Word's is notoriously spotty). Line length and page "color" are both remarkably fluid in any rendering to page or screen. Then you have the widow/orphan problem. Why not get a crew cut now, so you're not tempted to pull any hair out? --- BBBS/NT v4.01 Flag-5* Origin: Barktopia BBS Site http://HarborWebs.com:8081 (1:379/45) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 379/45 1 633/267 |
