I make it work for hpt toss by deleting all setup for it on my my harddisks
d: drive first and then make a clean new setup with change directories. 
del autoexec.bat *.bat (all the bat files there was in use and deleting
some directories too.
del d:\golded
del d:\binkd
del d:\point
etc. for the one of my pont aka 150.150
so there was my to girls point system bacl as those was running fine with no errors.
then make new \point directory for own use on usb and harddisk drive d:
Made subdirectories in \point with \bin \binkd \golded \fido etc and some
sub dirs in \fido and so.
then copy .exe and dll files to \bin from fidoip and my golded files from
another working point system and then make complete new config files for
all working places. Made new autoexec.bat and bat files to use.
Checked all through for where it have path for. Finally make a point.bat
file to use in usb stick.
All worked then on my XP 32bit, all got fine running here from first to
last by usb stick.
Then I got the stick out from XP32bit and put it on my protable Windows 7 64-bit pc.
Run it by usb on 64bit protable, and hpt have no errors by unpacking zipped
files and same for pkt/toss files, the bat file run fine just to it cd into
\golded and was on to update 6 nodelist after that nltools nlupdate and uls
has run.
Then come w7 64 bit and gncyg errors in the file like hpt had done before,
error in gncyg it self like some mem location by the file of been donne
error with numbers poped up.
I tried then to run gncyg without options and it was the same.
Then tried to move the usb stick from w7 to XP portable 32.bit, and the
same error come again, tried to use it on my XP work pc and it happen too
here.

Some error liek windows and gncyg not could find out to work together and
could be first after that windows says that it not is a known program and
then pop up with mem location error from the compiled gncyg.
It is only this copy of gncyg the give the error made maybe by that it
coudl be to much or it to work with and not enough mem to work by.

I tried to delete the copy I had in use and then copy the one from fidoid..
and it gave the same error.

-d = no dupes, -f = force compile and -c = compile nodelist to golded knd
of nodelist.
