It looks to me like the file you are trying to send (604F012D.WE1) already
exists. Looks like the bad M_FILE might be because his side is attempting
to send a directory rather than a file. So, the filename arg is missing
from the M_FILE command line:

Contains a file name in the first arg.

Sounds like maybe an issue with his version of BinkIT, or maybe his
pathname is too long?
