PM simply means Private Mail... it is not restricted to that FB crap... you
could use PM instead of CEM... but something like a service? i'd go with direct
messages on twitter instead of anything FB... we dropped FB in the crapper and
gained 6 hours a day! ;)  even G+ would be better but twitter is probably
better for quick short posts to each other to query why the BBS is down or
whatever...
