... which is just plain stupid because the built-in open dialog is
resizable, so the programmer has to go to extra lengths to make it not so!
It gets more and more irritating with big monitors - I've got a 20"
panel now that does 1600*1200 or something like that, and thos
matchbox-sized dialogs where I need to scroll and scroll and scroll are
just so AUUUGHH!
