It is NOT completely false. A "corporate person" IS a legal
fiction. Your straw
man argument proves noting germane to that.

You have a lot of trouble following logic and/or understanding cause and
effect, don't you, earl? The case was about granting free speech to a legal
fiction. And the supremes screwed the pooch.

Of course fleabags who tie personal worth to net-worth couldn't begin to grasp
how egregious the court's error was.

I suggest you read a short story by Admiral Bob (Robert Anson Heinlein) called
"Jerry Was A Man" to begin to learn what it takes to make a real
man/person.
