I know nothing about this specific case.  This is just a gentle warning
that these days, installing a random active spy-snooper or firewall on top
of someone else's AV program is like Russian roulette with three chambers
loaded. Careful.  A format may be in your future.

(I've found Kaspersky andd NOD32 very tetchy this way.  And yes, I found
out on a client's machine.  And yes, thank G*d, I had an image.)
