This is what comes from windows, mice, and GUIs. 85% resource hogging eye
candy and little true functionality.
Oh, the effamination of user interfaces these days - what demand will be

Certainly not, you can change e.g. the icons used for links on the desktop

easily in windows. That need not be a function of the editor.
