If you are in need of a driver for a 2X Panasonic CD-ROM drive that came 
with your Packard Bell, I might be able to help. My brother has a Packard 
Bell 
Axcel 40CD that came with a 2X Panasonic CD-ROM. I can send you a copy of the 
Master Restore Boot Disk. It has the drivers for the CD-ROM on it.
