This echo has always been to me a place where all can share ideas and try to
be helpful to each other, not at all for just "High End", exotic,
professional, or whatever... it is for the majority of us have to
realistically (no paid pun paid by Rat Shack) get "more bang to the buck" out
of our audio systems for whatever of the thousands of reasons and ways to
hook up and use this ever increasingly complex equipment every one is
expected to be totally on top of these days (been programming in ValGal
recently).. Kind of a place where those that don't have the time to get up to
speed in acoustics, electronic design, computer and digital audio, and who
knows what else.... there;s a lot of us here that have been there, done that,
thought about it alot, in here, from concert and studio engineers to those
that listen only for pleasure casually.
And we've mostly managed to keep to the topic around here too!
