If a car bomb in the middle of thousands of people walking around at Times
Square isn't meant to strike terror, what is the purpose?

If it had been successful, there would have been hundreds injured and
several deaths and well as terrified New Yorkers for weeks and months to
come.

Sauer is hoping upon hope that it was the act of a tea party member. What
he is ignoring is that the person of interest is a naturalized Pakistani
who had just returned from months in Pakistan.
