        Nancy, you are a representation of the FIDO spirit.

        The trouble was fixed here and now I do not get on Juxta, the
   digit in front of the TO: line. The snag was at Juxta, I found. It
   had to be there as I was getting the error when I got back home
   after a month away, on a system that had been at rest for that
   long. I got into the (U)ser prompt and reselected ZIP and Zmodem as
   default and that was it. Seems that the Juxta reader had been
   changed somehow and we will never know why nor how.

   What will it be ? A totally new BW app or just a fix to "write" to
   the one SW that I already use ?

   Back in Roxboro after one month.
