Okay, but it would still just create a single message (not 2 or 3 or 4
identical messages)?

The main problem there (assuming a single message with multiple recipients) is
that the relevant networking technologies (e.g. QWK and FTN) don't support the
concept of multiple "To" fields. Synchronet could do it, but it wouldn't be
very easy getting the message in-tact over existing networks.

Is the main purpose so that all the recipients can find the message easily by
performing a "your message search"? Or is there some other purpose?
