Nice short and easy as the Irak war ;)

How do i execute cgi scripts on my server i always get:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/ on this server.

Everythinh under /var/www/cgi-bin/ belongs to apache and it's chmoded 
-rwxr-xr-x

How do i set up apache to allow me to execute cgi scripts or perl scripts?
