A corporate person is not the same as a human person as addressed in "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." And thus should not be guaranteed the protections granted to individual human citizens ... especially since a corporation cannot be a citizen, is not eligible to vote (altho with the recent mis-guided decision of the supremes it may be able to buy votes), and cannot be elected to office.
