Actually, Newsbusters didn't blame Obama. Paul Krugman made the claim that
Republicans will start blaming him. What Newsbuster DID say was that if
this had happened during the Bush administration and Bush had taken 9 days
to do something about it, the left would be all over Bush for not doing
enough.
