Whamo toys just outsourced manufacturing FROM China TO the U.S.

China's economy is booming and the CEO of Whamo Toys cited rising
materials and labor costs.

I seem to recall mentioning a 119 page CIA produced PDF file on the
threat China and India posed to U.S. national and economic security
in 2001.

Of course everyone blew that off at the time.
