From reading that article, I don't think this applies.  It doesn't actually
swap the sites, it actually files valid orders, it's just the info is fake.

I think of DOS attacks as making sites unavailable by swamping their
servers so that others can't connect.  This tool doesn't seem to do that,
it delays between 4 and 20 seconds between each order placement attempt.
