I'm partial to tree branch perches. They give a variety of footholds
and different shapes, giving the toes to exercise. I think quakers are
about the same size as my cherry-heads. For them, I use anything from
about 3/4 inch up to 1 1/4 inch diameter, just for variety.

You can also try wheatgrass powder. It's WONDERFUL stuff. It's available
at many health food stores, or you can order it through Bird Talk.
