The old release version was 2.02E, the new version is 2.02.  I wouldn't
consider it a risk.

The new version has several little buglets squashed and appears to be
faster.  I've only had and seen 2 little bugs reported:
1)  Probleming sending e-mail or posting to newgroups
Fix:  Don't put anything in the spot for "Your name"...you can
put "Your email" like this instead:

... easy fix.
2)  Dashes that look like a big P.  This is caused by a problem
in the upgraded "netscape.ini."  Delete it and reconfiure.  Fixed.
