The Commonwealth Bank apparently allows you to ring them via modem if you
can emulate video text, or something like that.  Does anyone know the
correct terminology (whatever Viatel used I think), and does anyone know of
an emulation program that will do this for me?  I'm asking this on behalf
of someone else.  BFN.
