I was mainly talking up the intel mobo's at the time, therefore was looking
at Intel processors, of course the deal I found on tigerdirect, features an
asus mobo.

Anything Wayne finds today, short of an Atom processor will blow what he
has to use today out of the water.

The box I have for the jamnntpd server happens to be a Gateway, AMD Athlon
64 X2 4200+, Ubuntu runs real nice on it, the box is nearing 5 years old.
