For some reason your thunderbird is now posting with a UTF-8 header line
which appears larger and bold in OE.

Header line looks like this:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8; format=flowed

Which appears to override my font and text size settings, when others post
they have content types like:

Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed; delsp=yes; charset=iso-8859-15

or no content type header at all which shows in OE as my default view font and size.
