Look it up. No one said it was the entire US government. Here's a clue, in
2002 when the Joyce Foundation gave CCX seed money, Barrack Obama was a
board member of Joyce. Joyce Foundation was set up by the widow of one of
those hated lumber barons and after her death, the conservators for the
foundation started giving more and more to left-wing groups. Joyce is one
of, if not the major contributor to the Tides Foundation. Tides is the
child of that hated oil baron George Soros.
