I didn't say they didn't have ANY laws, I said they had no immigration laws. Immigration was a foreign concept to them as, until Europeans started showing up, they had no idea there were any other peoples on earth. Nothing I said above is in error. Now, I'm not excusing in any way the treatment they received from those European immigrants. In fact, I think that treatment was abhorrent. I think the worst was how they were rounded up and put on reservations. I was making a point to RS that his silly comment has no base in reality. The Europeans were not illegal aliens because there was no law against Europeans or anyone else immigrating to North America.
